The Intro
So I've said for the longest time that I wouldn't succomb to the temptation of writing about the movie
Titanic. I'm sorry, yet again, I caved. HBO is showing it and being as I have satellite TV it's on back to back to back to
back to back to back to back. But, in order to save you hoarding masses from having to relive the experience too much, I've
cut my articles down into two categories; Titanic's Good Point and Titanic's Bad Points . You can thank me later.
TItanic's Good Point vs. Bad Points
The Good Part of Titanic in 2 words:
Kate Winslet. (Oh, baby. She is definitely a scrumptous little English crumpet!)
The Bad Points of Titanic in less than 10 Words:
Pithy, drippy romance
Leonardo DiCaprio
Same camera shots as Aliens.
(Yes, really, Aliens. If you can stand to watch Titanic all the way through try it and then immediately
- no you can't break for food - watch Aliens. Jim Cameron uses the exact same camera angles on Leo and Kate as he did with
Sigourney and Mr. Xenomorph.)
Ta-da!
That's all I dare say about it.
